It’s finally Fall here in South Carolina, but it’s still 80 plus degrees outside and the sun is shining so bright.
Jennifer and I went to Walmart-Mart and they have pumpkins out.
The little breeze that we received a few days ago, is gone and all we feel is Southern heat. We went to the Garden Department to check out some fall flowers and plants.
Then, we were completely blindsided by the blinking Christmas trees, an inflatable Snowman, Santa Claus, and even the wooden Nutcracker. The spinning Santa saying, “Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas!” We literally felt like we were in the Twilight Zone.
We are trapped in a heat bubble of holiday goodness. We hope that we’ll survive and we’re praying for cooler days, but we’re still so confused.

Remember ya’ll not everyone in the South eats fried chicken, but if you fry it just right. We won’t turn it down!
