We were in the kitchen talking and Ernest asked, if I could make some biscuits. So homemade cheddar cheese drop biscuits, it is. They are utterly delicious, and not to mention quick and easy to make. It takes about 20-25 minutes from start to finish. After taking them fresh out of the oven, I drizzled garlic butter on top of them.

4 ounces (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/4-inch pieces and refrigerated
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (8 ounces)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup whole milk
1 Tablespoon of Butter and Pinch of Garlic Seasoning
First, preheat your oven to 400°F. Then in a large bowl mix together; flour, baking soda, and salt. Add milk and stir with a fork or until it comes together into a slightly shaggy dough.
Using two tablespoons, scoop balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake biscuits for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Once your biscuits are finished, remove them from the oven. Drizzle melted butter with garlic seasoning and enjoy!
They lasted about 10 minutes, we’re always hungry here!
