Hey Ya’ll! I hope that everyone is having a fantastic week so far. In this post I’ve decided to make a quick and easy ribeye steak, baked potato, with a broccoli and tomato salad topped with a spicy oil and vinegar dressing. This meal looks light, lol but it’s extremely filling so let’s eat. Keep reading for the delicious recipe and for the finished meal.
First I began with ribeye steaks, I really like ribeyes because they are rich, juicy, full of robust flavor, and they are extremely tender. I only used pepper and butter since I’m using butter. I don’t need to use any salt.
I placed my ribeye steak, in a pan with butter. I cooked it on medium to high heat, turning it over occasionally for about 5-7 minutes on each side until well done. After the steak has finished cooking, let it rest off the heat, so the juices can flow through the steak.
For my baked potatoes I used russet potatoes. After you wash them you can cook your potatoes in the oven or you can cook them in the microwave for about 6-8 minutes. I prefer to cook them in the microwave, because it takes less time.
Once they’re done, split them down the middle. Then you can load your baked potato, with any fixings of your choice. However I just like to use butter, salt, and pepper.
I absolutely love broccoli and tomatoes. I decided to make a broccoli and tomato salad, which is so simple and easy. I topped my salad with a homemade spicy oil and vinegar dressing.
