  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup Hershey's cocoa powder

  • In a mxing bowl, add 1 cup of vegetable oil, four eggs, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
  •  Continue to stir all these ingredients together in the bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, add 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 cup of flour, and 2/3 cup of Hershey's cocoa powder.
  • As you began to combine your wet and dry ingredients together,  you can use a hand whisk or a mixer.
  • Continue to mix your ingredients until there are virtually no lumps.
  • Then, you will take a spatula and scrape around the bowl, for the excess brownie mix. Be sure to preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • I used a 9x11 inch pan for my brownies and instead of greasing the pan. I chose to use parchment paper.
  • Began to pour your brownie mixture, into your pan.
  • Then,  you will began to spread your mixture evenly into your pan.
  • After you have finished you will place your brownies into the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until your toothpick comes out clean.
  • After your brownies are done, you will remove them from the oven and allow to them. cool.
  • You can use chocolate icing however, I have decided to use 1 cup of chocolate chip morsels.
  • I simply melted the chocolate chip morsels in the microwave.
  • After my brownies have cooled and I have put my chocolate topping on them.  Then, I began to cut my brownies  into squares.

Now that these delicious brownies are finally finished, feel free to enjoy them with a nice glass of cold milk...YUM!
