How to Make Barbecue Pulled Pork

  • First, you're going to season your meat with salt and pepper.
  • Then, wrap it in foil and place it in the oven at 325 degrees. This pork shoulder was about nine and half pounds, so I cooked for about 5-6 hours.
*You can also prepare your pork shoulder in a crockpot. *
  • Your pork shoulder has been cooking for about 5-6 hours and the meat is incredibly succulent at this point. The meat is so tender that you can pull it apart with a fork.
  • After you've pulled your meat apart, put it in a separate dish. In a small bowl or measuring cup you can create your barbecue sauce.
  • You will need mustard based barbecue sauce and honey. Mustard based is extremely tangy, so you may  need to use an entire 12oz bottle of honey.
  • After you've finished mixing your sauce, you can begin to pour it on your pulled pork.
  • Once you've poured in your sauce, you can begin to mix into your pulled pork.

How to Cook Homemade Fries

  • The first thing you need to do is wash your three or four potatoes.
  •  After you've washed your potatoes, you will place them on a cutting board.
  • After you've peeled, and cut your potatoes, place them in a separate bowl, and prepare to deep fry them.
  • You will wait for your oil to heat up and then you will fry them. They cook fairly quickly.
