First, you're going to add 1 cup of milk into a bowl. Or in my case a clear casserole dish, because it will be easier to dip your bread into the mixture.
Next, add in two large eggs to your milk.
After you've added in your milk, and eggs, you will add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Lastly, you will add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
Then, you will whisk all your ingredients together.
After you've finished whisking, this is what your mixture will look like.
Now that you've created your French Toast mixture it's time to actually cook your French toast. As I mentioned earlier, I'm using honey wholewheat bread, but you can pretty much use any bread of your choice.
Always remember to butter your pan or griddle whichever you prefer to use.
Now I'm going to dip my bread into my mix.
Remember, do not allow your bread to soak into the mixture for long. You do not want your bread to become soggy.
Next, I'm going to place my bread four slices at a time on my griddle.
You will cook your bread for about three-five minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired crispness.
Once my French toast is finished I place it on my cutting board, and cut it in halves.
After I cook my French toast, I put it on a plate and began to add my fresh strawberries, powdered sugar, and syrup.
This part is totally optionally, you can add powdered sugar to your delicious French toast.
After you've have topped your French toast with strawberries and powdered sugar, the only thing missing is your syrup and fork.
